Shorted SSD Micron 1100 2.5 256GB SATA

Hi,

I have a shorted SSD Micron 1100 2.5 256GB SATA

2 components are getting hot (about 110 °C) on thermal camera that are market SLO.

Found here http://markingcodes.com/search/c/SLO that they are 2A High Efficient Step Down Converter, but pinout does not seem to match.

I found the components on another working SSD and swapped them.

After swap, there is no more short but also 0mA are being drawn on both 5V and 12V lines, from the PSU.

The hottest component at this point on the pcb is a 6 pin component market NL (about 35 °C), I attached measurements of pins voltage.

Also on http://markingcodes.com/search/c/NL it says:

NL KRC831F TFS6 6 General Purpose Transistor with Built in Bias Resistor

I'm not sure if this is defective or not. I could not find identical one to swap.

Any help to move forward would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

The SLO pinout (TLV62084) looks OK to me. What don't you like about it?

The "NL" device appears to be a 2.8V linear LDO regulator, TLV70028DSET.

It's listed on page 2 here:

... or here:

Measure the voltages at the outputs of each switchmode supply.
