V-Gen SSD 512Gb NVMe Not Detected, RED Light keep blinking

Hi,

I got V-Gen SSD NVMe 512Gb, initially blue and green LED lights up . Then current consumption is 423mA, after few seconds, BLUE and GREEN lights off, then RED LED keep blinking all the time with current consumption 40mA..
It is happen suddenly and PC unable to detect.
It may anybody has this problem before and have solution?

GREEN light is on SSD itself
BLUE and RED lights are on USB NVMe adapter
