April 28th, 2025, 14:04

i got the USB3.0 drive and it has 2 flash chips each 64 GB - tsop48

the driver chip is 6137 SSS

the 2 flash chip has on them 115T150G-3S-1S

i put the chip in the pc3000 flash tsop48 reader and it is not recognizing the flash memory

can someone help me get the right flash parameters so i can add this to the PC3000 Flash to complete the case

thank you Larry

this one could be a Toshiba or refurbished NAND, but I don't know what chip based on the marking you posted. is there any other marking like HVKLFJL or similar? Does PC3K give a flash ID?
