Test Stand SM2258XT

hello,

I bought 2 tests pcb with a SM2258XT as controller and differents supports for BGA.

I'm waiting answer from the vendor about hardware but I saw on the black card, a header pins with tdi/tdo/tck.... so I guess a jtag.

is someone already use, with success, one of these cards? did you use JTAG and if yes, it is only to communicate with controller or were you able to read a flash?

I'm free to chat about this subject !

not really. I tested with several flashs but result is not as expected, it is why I would like to see with jtag

Your generally restricted to nand that the SM2258XT supports. Then you will need the SM2258XT MPTool to program it. https://www.usbdev.ru/files/smi/sm2258xtmptool/
