Has someone been successful with this SAMSUNG SSD

Has anyone been able to crack this MCU , portable doesn't support it.
SSD is detected with lower capacity .
Model No -Samsung MZ-VL25120

No considering delicate electronics & pcb , actually SSD is getting detected as 1 GB.Do you think Heating Nand with hot air might work?

Might. As it isn't able to load firmware from NAND (the 1 GB capacity is typical), one option is that NAND is 'detached'. But can also be simply firmware corrupt, same symptom, and without PC3000 support not a lot you can do.
