Dead SSD (2TB)

Hi community, this is my first post here.

I'm looking for help to reanimate this SSD equipped with a Phison controller.
It can't be detected by none of the partition manager apps I usually use to check the disk's healt status, so I started working on hardware side.
I have fixed few SSD in the past by replacing the voltage regulator (the 5V to 1.6 one) but this one have different kind of components which I don't know.
I also checked for shorted capacitors with no luck.
I've found voltages at 5V and 1.8V but I haven't found 3.3V at no point.
My question is: should I measure 3.3V or 3V somewhere in this configuration? Does anyone know how to find the datasheet of the chip marked FNCBB?

I would measure voltages V1 - V6.

Thanks for your prompt response.
I've measured the inductors voltage and you can see them on the picture.
The multimeter indicated one value as soon as the probe touched the inductor and than it quickly dropped to a lower value. This happens on 5 of these 6 inductors. With the last one it happens the way around.
See in red the "first" value and in green the "second" one.

Also tried to check for warming components with a thermal camera but the one I have is not that accurate and gives different results depending on its orientation.
Anyway the hottest points detected are at max 35 degrees and not close to any chip.
Diodes are ok.. capacitors ok.. inductors ok.. I'm getting lost in this..

I guess V6 (2.6V) is the NAND Vcc supply. You should measure the same voltage at the bypass capacitors surrounding the NANDs.

You could try shorting the "safe mode" test points with tweezers during power-on and then releasing the short within a few seconds. This should cause the SSD to identify itself with its factory alias. If it does, then there is most likely a firmware fault that is causing the SSD to remain busy.

Having no specific indications I decided to bridge pads randomly at power up but got a worse situation.
No more voltage at inductors (at none of them). I've definetely made a deeper damage.. the good news is that I'm done wasting time on this
