SSD WD Forgot to backup

i have an ssd that has been reinstalled Windows on their laptop but forgot to back up the data beforehand. As a result, important files may have been overwritten or lost during the installation process.
I already contacted PC-3000 support through the ticketing system regarding this SSD issue, but they informed me that this specific SSD model is not yet supported by PC-3000.
Given that, is there any other tool, method, or approach available that could help recover data from this SSD?
Any recommendations from those who have handled unsupported SSD models would be greatly appreciated.

That is a PMIC, not a controller. Are you an end user?
