On PC-3000 Flash Card Adapter this card cannot initialize neither on SD or SPI protocol.

Does anyone have a solution for this one over chip off?

I'd like to refer the customer.

I expect it's going to be LDPC so chip off isn't an option either - same family as 113, https://www.flash-killer.com/monolith-database

Thank you. I thought so. I guess most if not all 256GB cards are LDPC nowadays. And as per my knowledge LDPC in unsolvable by now. I'll let the customer know.
