SanDisk Cruiser 512GB

Controller: SD 20-82-00709-B0
NAND: 1316DXGVK0A3, BGA (ID unknown, haven't desoldered)

VNR Solutions Database has 20-82-00709-A0 and A1 but not -B0. NAND is BGA but I cannot find a datasheet so I'm reluctant to desolder until I know which kind of BGA is on it.

Has anyone worked with this UFD before?

I have tried the most obvious first: check for cracks in solder (common problem with SD-UFD), replaced connector, used a USB2-connector but no reaction at all. When I hook ut up with external 5V I see some activity, about 80mA is pulled. However, controller does not identify, dmesg does not even react with a message in syslog or anything like that.

This one can be solved with chip-off method.
