Data recovery CHIPSBANK CBM2199E

Hi,

I have this drive not recognised as CHIPSBNK FLASH DRIVE USB DEVICE.
Is it even possible to recover data ? what tool do i need? I have stuff for microsoldering...
I made some search found "UmpToolV6A", try several version but it does not detecting flash drive. (.usbdev.ru links are dead but you can get the file with waybackmachine...)
