OK, so i have this drive, BX500 1000GB (CT1000BX500SSD1) not allways recognized but managed to "see" it with DMDE and Opensuperclone with wrong capacity 1.07GB and name "SM2259AB-10-10000000", in BIOS also the controller name. So most likely a controller fault, but i was just wondering if someone could check the voltage readings just to see if that part is ok, it seems ok.
*** Is the white smd near the 5V connector (5 and 0) a capacitor?
Thanks guys.

Although I don't have a reference for comparison, those voltages look OK to me. Those two small DBGA-4 ICs at the left of the crystal appear to be 3.3V and 1.8V LDO regulators. You might want to check that.

What do you think is that white component (5v and 0v)? Looks like a fuse, but i bet is a capacitor. Have two more right at the crystal.

It must be a capacitor.
I think the SOT23-5 component (R9xxx) might be this:

Those 3.3V and 1.8V LDO regulators are good.
Thank you for your attention.

Given this is an intermittent problem it might be wise to find a new SSD before this BX500 croaks
Low cost USB boxes can host the BX500 for file recovery
