mSATA SSD Shorted still doesn't turn on after short is gone

Hi everyone!
I have this mSATA SSD that got a dead short
After measuring, probing around i found the shorted component and swapped out the shorted component with a doner.
However when plugging into PC3000. PC3000 Still lights up like a christmas tree.
Having 0.2A on 5V on the patient
The donor have 0.3 on 5V
Can anyone help with the measurements
