Samsung PM9A1 (MZVL21T0HCLR-00B00) Bricked During Firmware Update - PCIe Enumerates but NVMe Never Becomes Ready

I'm looking for recovery options for a Samsung OEM PM9A1 SSD that appears to have been firmware-bricked during an update.

Drive
Model: Samsung PM9A1
Part Number: MZVL21T0HCLR-00B00
Capacity: 1 TB
Controller family: PM9A1 / OEM equivalent of Samsung 980 PRO
PCI IDs:
Vendor: 144D
Device: A80A
Subsystem: A801144D
What Happened

I attempted to update the drive firmware to GXA7601Q and system crashed during flash.

Current Assessment

The controller appears partially alive:

PCIe enumeration works
Correct Samsung IDs are reported
Linux and Windows both detect the PCIe device
PCIe reset/rescan works

However:

NVMe firmware never initializes
Controller never reaches READY state
Linux reports CSTS=0x0
Windows reports Code 10
No NVMe admin queue is created
No software tool can currently communicate with the drive
