I just noticed that, after you bypassed R72, the PSU-ON signal is now active. If this signal is coming from the flash controller, then perhaps it is alive.

Considering this, could it work by replacing the U17?

Thanks a lot

Replaced U17 then seems to be back normal voltage on EN1, EN2 and EN3 pins ( 3,3V ) Also C133 -> > 6,5V, R71 -> 1,2V and C12 -> 2,1V seems back to be normal, but as you predicted there are other problems, still light green LEDs on pc3k and current draw about 0,08A.

Have you some more suggestion?

Thanks again

I would replace U17 and then see what happens.

If this SSD has a UART port (J3 ?), you could look for activity there. Otherwise, I have no idea. I think water damage would be very difficult to troubleshoot.

Edit:

I assume the two missing supplies are now present (Vcore/L4 and 1.35V/L3 for the SDRAM?).

Now I have 1,5v on L3 and 1v on L4...

Those voltages look OK. Sorry, I don't know what else to suggest. I don't have any real experience with water damage.

OK, thank you very much....

The last thing... :)

I noticed that in a similar working SSD from C225 to C228 voltage switch from 0,9 to 3, in my faulty ssd switch from 0,9V to 1,8V... Do you have idea what could cause this??

Thanks a lot again

The 1.5V rail powers the SDRAM. Is it possible that the failure of this supply damaged the SDRAM???
