Hello everyone,

Does anyone have experience resetting the power-on hours counter on Samsung SSDs?

I am interested in methods for different Samsung SSD models, rather than one specific model. Are there any verified tools or manufacturer service procedures that support this? Does support depend on the controller, firmware, or SATA/SAS/NVMe interface?

My current setup is Windows with an external drive enclosure. If a direct connection or specialized hardware is required, please let me know.

Any firsthand experience or technical references would be appreciated. Thank you.
