Yep - Vcc from MSP is connected to Out of NL |

You still haven't told us where the diode is connected. Is there a marking code on it? Where is the 4.4V coming from? Measure the resistance of the resistor on your patient and donor. |

Finally it already works but i can check when cloned if you want |

I wonder if the heating that you sensed was actually coming from the resistor rather than the diode. On another Crucial SSD there was a 10 ohm resistor in series with the supply to the MSP430. Here is another soft start thread: https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=33908&p=269986#p269986 |

Read the ROM on the programmer and put it here, there may be problems with it. |

The ROM is unique, for each SSD, it cannot be changed, and it has a block that is responsible for the MSP |

FLIR arrived have to play around with it, but first images shows me, that i'm not that bad at guessing temperatures Attachment:

Not sure what your calibration is like, but flip the pcb over and check it again. |
