Samsung 860 Evo 1TB not seen by BIOS

I removed efuse now, and unfortunately I still have a short circuit on the board (see picture link below).
Most capacitors have a value between 80 and 450 Ohm. Some small capacitors have a short circuit.

Do you think that the root cause is a short circuit in some of the capacitors or is it a controller IC?

The 5v rail really only goes to the pmic and if there's nothing shorted on the output if it, it would be unusual for the imput side only of it to short. I'd guess you have a shorted cap between the fuse and the pmic and the fuse is fine. Some of the caps look a little sus but that could just be the photo.

Normal way to track it down would be to inject around 0.8v on the rail and see what's getting hot. There are only 10caps and you've pulled 2 of them already.

Thank you for your assistance. I've identified and desoldered the problematic capacitor (see picture link below)
Now, I'm measuring 0.5 Megaohms between Out and GND.
And I can confirm that the capacitor is indeed causing a short circuit.
However, a bigger challenge now is to re-soldering the efuse - do you know how to do that?
And which value can I take for this capacitor?

You'll need a hot air rework station to put the fuse back - it's a simple job. If you don't have one the best you can do would be to bridge vin/vout with a wire. No need to replace the shorted cap but I'd put the other 2 back - easy with air but if you only have an iron the easiest way is to clean the pads off with braid so they're flat and then solder each side one at a time.
