Is anyone aware of a program that can format a 1 Gb flash drive from RAW back to FAT file system. The drive converted to RAW after using physdiskwrite.exe to write an img file to it.

If you just want to format it, use your OS tools.

You can easily format USB Flash drives, SD cards, mmc, etc all in windows; just go to "My computer" and right click the drive and select format, and then select the format of your choice.

I don't know why, but I had a micro SD of 4 GB formatted raw, but it was readable by Winzozz: I copied all my data and then I formatted it FAT
