First of all, to buy this small amount of nand chips would be prohibitive. Secondly, the on-board controller probably doesn't support the chips. Thirdly, even if you satisfied both the aboive, it would take hours & hours to un-solder and re-solder the chips and run a great risk of ruining them. I guess these "64Gb" were suspisciously cheap? A real 64Gb would cost about $120 minimum. I had a real 64Gb in for recovery this week, 4 piggy-backed nand modules inside, each with 4 banks each. Nightmare!!! Data recovered 100% |

And the moral of this story is to NEVER buy flash memory devices from Chinese suppliers or from eBay as you are 100% guarranteed to be sold a fake. The only way to be certain is to buy directly from a local reputable supplier. |

I got similar case with 2 x 32GB sticks in. People just dont get how difficult these are. And customers perception is all wrong - 'how hard can it actually be to recover a simple memory stick '?? |

Our factory try to made 64GB, but not success. It is very unsteady. Easy to lose data. So My advice that dont buy 64GB or higher 64gb. |
