I have not used, but have been told it is still in early beta stages. Some useful information on Salvation Data Blog regarding it.

Still a little hesitant about it though. Would be very interesting to hear from anyone who does have it though.

well, I am using SD flash, it's not bad according to its price. usually there's 40% around success rate for tsop48 chips, for sandisk chips, sd flash doctor supports only some capacities of 128mb, 256mb, very small capacities; you need very carefully put the chip well in the card reader. for some old chips, you need to clean the pins and try, I often tried several times to put the chip and you may get different results to recognize the chip info. Their engineer recommend to use winhex to analyse the data structure and then choose the data combination method they provide in the flash doctor, this is to improve the efficiency of the recovery process. I will update my experience when I get more tricks there...
