I have a pendirve, which holds a tc58nvg3d4btG00 flash module, and as far as I can see, there is a small AAF33 marked IC, which died. I'd like to replace it, but can't find anywhere on the net, what the friggin hell is that.
Maybe an alias ID. Can someone help me with this matter?
Thanks.

Probably an "el cheapo" chinese OEM controller, or rebadged something else.
I think the only solution here is to remove the NVG3 toshiba flash nand chip, read it out and try and rebuild the data therein.
Whats up with the device, dead completely?

Isn't it an 5 pin SOT23 packaged IC?
then it is a voltage regulator (3.3V)
