what should i do when i insert my flashdrive it says that "usb did not recognized"

can someone help me..

The internal flash content gets corrupted.
You need special equipment to read out the flash chip and than rebuild the data structure inside.

Seek for professional help, if you don't want to spend a lot of money for tools and knowledge...

Without osc, the controller can't make USB link, so the windows can't sense at all something is plugger in or not.
So, if the windows says the device is unknown, usually the flash content is corrupted of flash chip is dead.

Sorry Janos, but I disagree with you

Many times (maybe 6 or more) I have had USB drives with suspect oscillators and the device unseen by the PC at all, but if I put my finger across the oscilator connections the device was recognosed by windows but as "USB device not recognised". An oscillator change has fixed it many times.

In fact, this was the case with the 16Gb unbranded flash drive I have here in my hand that I use every day for temporary data transfer. With my finger over the oscillator connections (from the other side of the PCB) it was detected as something but "USB device not recognised". With a working oscillator, it's working 100%.

But we both agree that it's a hardware problem, right???

It's more likely to be bad cells in the flash like you say, but I just mentioned that it "could" be the oscillator too!

In this case i agree, bad connection, broken X-tal can make this issue, because if you touch it, the frequency is close to normal, the win senses the USB link, but the communication is unstable, and this is why unknown device shown.

But basically, without a good oscillator, the drive don't makes any sense at all, right?
