Hello! I just built a new machine, and my old 7200RPM HDD's aren't cutting the bill. I'm a Linux user, and as some of you may know, most Linux distributions can run just fine from a USB flash drive. Would my flashdrive be faster than my HDD? I really can't constitute spending so much on a SSD. I do not want massive storrage 4 GB is enough for the OS, and anything else could go on the HDDs. |
