please insert drive

can someone help me on how to fix my problem??

my trancend 1gb flash drive says that "please insert drive" in my computer when you double click the drive..

my flash drive can detect my windows but you cannot open it..

Maybe try to right click on this drive and go into explorer. Copy all your files off the drive if you can open it up. Then reformat your drive. I see this here a lot with flash drives and normally you can open them up in explore if you can not by double clicking on them. Try this one first.

Check it with CHipGenius (VID and PID id are important), then go to flashboot.ru and find software for your drive.

First of all you can go the run command and type command prompt and through in command prompt you can open your flash drive and then you can copy of your flash drive data easily and then you can format your flash drive.
