I have not seen SM325 controller, but I hear they are not so nice to work on...

Yes, have done these.

Nasty pieces of work.

Very odd geometry, requiring a cross-bank mix and manual conflict corrections.

That's right they suck bad and I keep getting them sent here. I don't think anybody has solved its translation.

Do you have a picture of the case/PCB / full lexar model number.
or any other brand/ model number that uses this controller.

I'd like to pick one of these up in HK/China so I can take a look using my 'kit'.

I have had a few of these. They are quite fiddly but recoverable.

Are you using soft-center?

No I use PC3000 and with the support of Ace I have success now :)
