Hello,
I was transfering data from one mobile phone to another, and accidentally deleted files from the wrong card. I already tried some data recovery software like Zero Assumption Recovery and Get Data Back. I can see my deleted files and restore them to my HDD, but I can't open them.(windows photo viewer can't recognize them, and photoshop prompts message for invalid marker) Funny thing is, file sizes looks normaly, and when i view them in HEX it also looks normaly, but some jpg extensions contains parts of mp3 songs.
I figured that in RStudio while trying to preview the files. So,it looks like the files are there but with mixed data inside of them.. Don't know how else to put it. This is the first time I'm dealing with this kind of problem,so any help would be appreciated. What to do?

Hi, It seems some of the files might have already been overwritten.

If I were you I would create a complete image of your memory device and save it as a file. Then you can work on the file and try and compare different applications to recover the data.
