Hello folks. Newbie here.How is everyone.
Ozzie here, Miami, FL. My wifes Sandisk 8gb Cruzer micro Flash drive stopped working all of a sudden this afternoon. It was all good and she stepped away from her laptop for a while, when she came back, her screen said she had removed the drive without shutting it down first.....which she hadn't. The amber light was not on, She removed it, an tried plugging it in again, and nothing, no light, nothing. I tried it in my laptop and the desktop and still nothing..It gets warm after about 2 minutes in the slot, so I remove it. I don't want to cause any other harm to it. Lots of Dreamweaver files, photoshop files, our very recent wedding photo's, etc.. Is here anyone around in the US, maybe even in Florida that can look at it to try and recover? I'll also be in ATL and New orleans in the next 10 days if there is anyone in those areas.

Normally used on a Mac Ibook G4
