for those MMC/SD Memory anyone can recommend any Tools for undetected memory cards?

is there any tools/special equipments for those cases.

nothing else, just wanted to know how to handle cases for MMC non-detected memories
and see how it goes.

i know about the flash and removing the mem. chip and with pc3k flash and so, but MMC i dono, thats why i asked, am doing my research more on this matter.
