that is a old cellebrite forensic tool used in courts they clone the card and use the cloned for evidence |

The company name can be easily retrieve by the video. But I am looking for the device and not for the company who using it. |

there no such thing as a data recovery hardware tool for mobile phones its all software these days when reading from the internal ram on the phone. sim cards contains phone number contacts, what calls are made etc and that it everything like photos are on the internal of the phone itself |

you mean MOBILedit yep that does work to a point but your phone has to be working order. unless you know how to repair them |
