Hi to all!! :mrgreen:

only recognizes 238 mb and read all sectors, but all are cleared as if he had done wipe.

You can read this chip in with wire adapter and flash extractor but it is most likely a 16-bit chip and I only have 8-bit pinouts for that particulat model which will leave you with half of the information. I don't think too many people have had much success with that particular Monolith. Sorry.
