Here are two memory stick pinouts:

AIUI, the Pro Duo is similar to the original Memory Stick and can be connected to the original MS interface via a cheap, passive adapter.

The following document provides some electrical specifications for the M2:

Sorry, I should have realised you were after the JTAG (?) pin assignment. However, I have learned not to take anything for granted. :-)

That said, I can't help you, but you could at least determine which pins are Ground and Vcc. If you have a spare stick for testing purposes, you could try writing a continuous data pattern to the stick while monitoring the various pins with a scope. By varying the data pattern (eg all zeros, all ones, alternate ones and zeros), you may be able to identify the data and clock signals. Looking for differences during reading and writing should point to the Write Enable pin.

I'm assuming that the JTAG signals are enabled during normal operation, but this may not be the case. I have no practical experience with JTAG, so I may be completely off the mark. Anyway, it's something to try ...
