The MicroSD was used on my android 2.2.1 phone, it gave me damaged SD card. I tried to format on phone, but no response or anything mention if successful.

Then I put it into a MicroSd reader and plug into my computers and tried to format it.

In windows 7, the format just wont start and hang there.
In Mac, it told me format error, is not completed.
In windows xp, it gave me windows unable to complete the format.
I tried do it in safe mode cmd, format/x/fs:FAT32, it gave me track 0 bad, disk unusable.
all the above cant read the microsd card as 7.5G or 7.9G.

I tried to do low level format. but it gave me a list of format errors occured at offset: 0, then next is 524,288; 1,048,576; ...... till 7,947,681,792.

Please help me with the formatting. what shall i do to make it work again?

i would just replace it if it is having issues. I would not trust that card even if you got it to format at this point.
