 Post subject: Kingston 8gb in safe mode of writing

Good afternoon I have a kingston pendrive 8GB and not because he was in safe mode of writing, when I plug the flash drive I have to ask me to format ok and when I say that I write protected, and I tried everything and not get it working if anyone can help me please ..
