Hi, yesterday I accidentally deleted a photo file(just one jpg file) from my phone, after that I took another pictures, movies and downloaded some files and save them all to the same memory stick/MicroSD until it was full. I just realize after that that I have deleted one of the most importance photo.

is it possible to recover that one single file from my phone memory stick/MicroSD?

not to likely since you wrote to the memory stick after the deletion and filled it up. Try scanning the stick with recuva to see if any deleted files are there for recovery but don't expect any miracles.

how bout the phone main memory? is it possible that this file stuck somewhere inside the phone main memory? like a cache of temp folder? how far should I go to get this file back? so far i can't get anything back with recuva, is it possible to get it back with more expensive software or hire someone expert? because I need to use the image as an evidence

Does recuva not see any files on the memory stick or just no deleted files ? What is the make model of the phone do you have any tools to get a physical image of the phone. If this is indeed evidence its best to let someone in forensics do the work otherwise it more than likely will get thrown out by the court.

If you completely filled the card after you deleted, the odds are slim to none.

Add 1: it's almost impossible to recover deleted files from phone main memory unless you have some backups.

Add 2: since you have continue saving data to the SD card, chances of deleted image recovery might be greatly minimized.

Add 3: there are also some good freeware recovery prgorams such as PhotoRec, PC Inspector File Recovery, Pandoro recovery etc.

If you filled up the microsd card after the deletion, then the deleted photo is almost guaranteed to be overwritten by the new data and unrecoverable.

Recovery chances are low but still you can use any photo recovery software might that vl help you.
