Intel SSD Drive 80GB

Hello everybody:
I have a Intel SSDSA2MH080G1C, (2.5" SSD X25 sseries)?
When power on it stay BSY .
So i open the case to unsolder chips, but the solderside covered with a black hard resin.
Is anybody have a good Idea 1. why it stay busy , or how to remove chips in this case .

If your planning on removing the chips to read the data then you need specialist kit like pc3000 ssd flash or soft centre kit & only then if its supported.

Hi Loki: i got both of them. I need if any soloution to pull chip out or is there any fix on the circuit board to get it going.

I think epoxy remover should take the black stuff off. Be careful though. Are they TSOP chips or BGA? Before pulling the chips of I would check the web to see if they are encrypted. IF they are encrypted, you won't be able to do much.

Upload a pic of the board if you can.
