a customer bring me a samsung GT-B3210, there is a way to reach internal memory and make an image so later on scan it?
i need to retrieve deleted messages.

It may be possible that you won't be able to recover the deleted flash if the blocks of the nands have been overwritten, anyhow if the phone is not working at all, you need the appropiate tools to do this.

question was about what tool to use, phone is properly working,once attached the usb cable i can't see directly the internal storage by normal data recovery software.

You can use SamSung PST to access file system's phone or QPST soft.
