Flash memory not recognized in boot menu of the BIOS

Hello everyone, I did a low-level formatting to a SanDisk 8 GB flash memory using the free HDD Low Level Format Tool 4.25. Then I gave format to it using Windows Explorer. The memory seemed to work normally and every time I connected it to my laptop it was recognized by Windows.
The problem is the following: My antivirus license expired, so I used a Kaspersky Rescue Disk run from another flash memory to analyze my laptop and every usb memory I connected. When I turn on my laptop and go to the boot menu of the BIOS, the flash memory that I low-level formatted doesn't appear, and neither when I start the Kaspersky Rescue Disk. It is recognized until Windows starts normally from the hard disk.
What can I do?
