Follow the traces on PCB.

It looks like it goes to the other side underneath the controller chip

check first for continuity on the data tracks ( 2 and 3 ) and you must resolder them to the conector in the same order, the other two pins are gnd and Vcc

Easier to help you with that picture. Since Vcc is not broken completely you might be able to see the track and you can solder directly, or check where the track goes to find a better spot to solder.

Don't forget to solder a new resistance. ;P

Thanks.
We have tried it but it didn't help.

Looks like there are more broken tracks.

Before doing any more work I would use a multimeter to buzz the through the pcb connections. You will find the + and - data lines go directly to the controller chip so they are easy to check.

The other tracks are more difficult but you shoud be able to find where they connect on the pcb reverse side.

If you can't repair those tracks then solder directly to wherever you found continuity.

That missing resistor r25 is an unknown value so you will have to make a guess unless somebody can supply the information.
Could it just be 0 ohms?

R25 is 2,2 ohms.
The problem is with yellow circled areas.
It's VCC, so wrong connection can do more damage.
