Does anybody know what this error means? The L2P more specifically?

It is a MTFDDAK128MAM-1J1 SSD.
Not really sure how or what caused it to fail.

Hi labtech!
As i can assume, you saw this string in PC3k flash log, didn't you?
I'm sure that your drive is not supported yet. :) As you can see at drives detection menu (window every time you see when you start VanGogh utility), supported drives are crucial M4 and C300.
Did you ask ACE tech support?

Indeed, I see the error in the log.

I know there is not much support for this SSD and controller, sucks..

Wondering what the "L2P" refers to in flash technology?!?

As far as Ace, see their flash forum on this topic.

L2P means Logical To Physical table, this table translates logical address (LBA) to physical address (chip number and page number in this chip).
You know L2P of your device is similar to the L2P of supported drives. Probably ACE will add your drive to support soon..
What issue with this drive? May be there is no need to build a translator. I have some experience with drives like yours, may be i can help.

Init. Correctly.
All read attempts result in ABRT.

Did you try physical reading (Tools->utility extension->Read nand pages; may be i'm wrong with menu title, i have a russian version of the tool). Does the drive abort it too? Is drive security locked?

Have not tried the Read NAND pages, yet. Will try to replicate solution once extracting the data.

Ace found solution and they will add support for this model soon.

Thanks for your help, Babuleh.

As I understand it, ATA security is set on your SSD and for removal of it security module needs to be accessed and modified in RAM, current utility cannot access security module in RAM yet. I think current Beta version can

I checked to see if pass was on in the subsystem option but did not see anything. However, I think Ace may have removed when worked on it. Not 100% sure though, but I think you may be right about the pass being present.

Where beta ver is ver6.2?
