What magnification is that at around 100-200x ?

i think data still can be recoverable. as chip no damaged.
for this case. it's bad donor drive. pinout made. but i have problem with read dump so i want to check inside connection.
how many X i am no sure. around 60~80X only

I hope you can get data, good luck.
So how do you connect wires to something so small. I thought it was hard enough to connect to the regular row of 40 pads on the outside of the monolith, but this is a whole different level.
It is really interesting to see things Ill never see in the flesh, so thanks again.

this case connect wire easy.
http://www.rflashdata.com/kingston-1g-sd/it's hard for me. i make this solution with luck. need improve skill for process such case. as many case like this.
