 Post subject: Kingston 8GB MicroSD HC won't show up on Linux

Client reports that nothing shows up on their system - was hoping it was simply a case of an accidentally formatted/deleted files ( hah! ).

Tried a few different card readers, only thing that came up was:

Probably controller is dead. Need read dumps directly form nands.
