Was this drive locked by user or with default password by laptop?
I second variant , using service Tag number you can genarate the pass.

How long can you wait with this case?

Other drive works ok in laptop, so looks like it is locked by user password.

I talk with client - maybe he can wait.

Not sure but Toshiba likes rebrand others MCUs. This one is probably samsumg 830 or JMF602 . Need to research this more deeply . So, if customer need data from ssd, this, at least, gives a chance .

Yes, you have right, Toshiba rebrand MCU - I see only from Sandforce (many many cases, usually SSD from Macbooks are Sandofrce). And probably my case is like that.

On SandForce_Toshiba MCU is clearly written : SandForce . And it is THNSNS models . I doubt about your THNSNF. Better check that.

DR-Kiev you have right. This case has Marvell controller. Unfortunately still no solution.
