I have a SONY Vaio Ultrabook SSD Toshiba THNSNS128GCSP BSY, unable to access the data.
Power on, rdy but bsy as soon as trying to access it. No id.
Anyone have solution? Thanks

What form factor is the SSD?

Some of the early uSata models (not in metal case) used in Sony Z-Series often need a re-flow due to the battering they get being located underneath the touch pad.

Unfortunately the Toshiba controller used in these is just a Re badged SandForce 2281 controller..

It is more than likely that the fault you are experiencing is the well known SandForce "Panic lock"

The drive should be repairable using a SandForce bootable Firmware update/ repair tool but this is a destructive process...

As far as I know there is no means of recovering the data from these..

Fingers crossed someone proves me wrong.. :?

damn... you could try it in a reflow oven,, but im doubtful it would be a dry joint on that model..
