Good morning,
I'm using HDD Low Level Format Tool 4.40 to recover my microsd used in Samsung S3 smartphone.

The problem happened when I upload from my pc on microsd into smartphone and connect by usb cable.

A colleague for error disconnected the usb cable.

So for that time when I insert the micro sdxc uhs-i into muskin sdhc adapter I can read all data and copy in Windows 8.1 but I can write in micro sd.

The S3 don't recognize the filesystem or can't empty the card.

Windows 8.1 get error io 1117 in HDD Low Level format Tool 4.40
Diskpart clean and clean all don't work because get no error but then I can't write in sdcard
I tested formatfa32.exe last versione without result
I launched in Ubuntu gparted and I try to format but the result was negative. App worked all night as not working
Format in windows 8.1 generate generate blue screen with EXFAT_FILE_SYSTEM error and I don't find important information about it.

I'm disperate  .

How it's possible that a microsd card can be read but I can't write (create folder or file, format,...) ?

Somebody have a tool that can solve this problem? I lost a week to solve it without result googling, asking to friend and colleague...

Sounds like the MicroSD is faulty. Get another one. If you need data recovered, give to Data recovery company.

If all bad blocks are allocated it is possible to not read card
if card is faulty, like broken trace on WP pine, this is also possible.
Faulty pcb, or NAND or controller.

The write protect (lock) is not set to "on" on the MicroSD-SD adapter?

Samsung Italy don't substitute directly the micro sd this is very strange because I bought it in ebay Italy by an hong kong seller.
After a deep search I discovered that Samsung have a Service centre in Netherland for european final consumer.
I send a photo with front and rear and next I will left my micro sd for an electronic control.
The thing very strange is that linux and winzoz can't format it or write it but can read every data in sd card.
After a low level format I see my memory reduced from 64gb to 29,8 gb.
It's very strange don't seems an hardware problem but a software format of microsd that have lost something in MBR or Filesystem.

It's very strange this situation.
Is it possible that isn't exist a mode to remove readonly and do a complete check of this card?
The card is 100% original I'm sure of it.
It was working without problem with 58,8 GB of data on sd card.
I used writing and reading without problem and with velocity of reading around 80 Mb/s and writing around 40Mb/s.
So I'm sure that it's original Samsung product.

The adapter of microsd is enabled for writing. I tested it for an sdhc microsd.
A stupid question about adapter.
An adapter for sdhc works fine for sdxc?
I suppose yes because change only the hardware of card not the pin of it.
