I have exhausted my searching capabilities and I know a few of you are great at it. I am looking for a datasheet or any info on this chip.

Samsung 710
KAT00200PM-SEYY

Probably going to need to contact Samsung and sign NDA.. and even then I don't like your chances.

There is a pinout for the chip on page 15 of the Nokia N81 circuit diagram:
