Hello,

I have an 120GB OCZ Vertex Plus. It all of the sudden stopped to work. I rebooted my system and it wasn't detected anymore. Once plugged in, blue light comes on the board but thats it. When plugged into linux hot swappable sata port, /var/log/syslog doesn't even acknowledge it. I really don't care about the data on it but I am wondering if its something firmware related? Is there something I can do to make it work again? I have access to a lab with lots of data recovery tools EXCEPT for anything flash related. I also have somewhat good understanding of these things.

Anyone have any ideas?

I want to add that I tried removing the jumper on the drive itself thats on the corner and now when I plug the drive in, /var/log/syslog shows ATA1 is slow to respond, please wait.
