Hi,
I want to extend my offer data recovery for mobile forencis.
Which hardware is better XRY Complete or UFED 4PC Ultimate?

Both XRY and Cellbrite are good. Depends on the phone you want to recover. The best option is to have both.
If i had to choose, I would prefer cellebrite but that's an opinion not based on technical facts

We have Cellebrite 4PC ultimate and Classic UFED. It has been a great addition to our business since not many places offer the service we can provide with it. I am a computer forensic investigator and when we were looking into buying one of these and comparing it to XRY, most other forensic guys all recommended UFED over XRY.
