Softcenter, PC3000 Flash of chinese version of softcenter?

Hello,

We want to purchase one of the 3 i mentioned in the topic. I want to get the PC3000flash and my business partner wants to cheap our and buy the chinese knock off of the soft center because its half price.

I know this topic has been covered here before but I really need to know which one is better and will be better in the future. I am scared of the chinese one because of the lack of support. Softcenter scares me too because the guy can shut down the operation any time. And since we have PC3000 for harddrives, we have been very happy with it, PC3000flash would be the natural next step.

What does every one think? Which one to get?

support is the key to SC. If you get chinese, it will be as useless as Salvation Data Flash Doctor.

either the real SC or real ACE Labs if you are serious about DR. Really though, you should get both.

Get original one, both tools have pros and cons but they're better than fake. Obviosly, buying fake/clone you'll be disappointed in some time. NAND chip-off recovery is not as simple as let's say to clone the drive, support is the key. There's another player comes on the market soon, wait a little bit

yeah stay away from the copy products.. they are bad news for everyone involved other than the con-artists making them....

If someone makes a living from stealing intellectual property belonging to someone else..what makes you think they wont steal your money.. or as good as by selling you inferior junk.
