There is a lot of information you could have included:

What LLF tool did you use?
What make and model is the PenDrive?
Were there issues before you LLF, or why did you try LLF?
What is your OS?

There is an issue I see a lot in certain Sandisk Cruzers and Kingston microSD's where the partitioning stuffs up. It may show a very small capacity, commonly 68MB, or will be read only.

Very rarely the drive can be fixed with windows DISKPART, otherwise if DR is required, then it is chip off, and if not, bin the device.

Please people, you don't need to LLF a flash drive. a full format, h2testw,USBFlashTools.exe or SDformatter is quite sufficient.

Do you care about your data and are trying to recover the data or are you just trying to make the drive operational gain? If you don't care about the data you can find the mass production tool (MPTool) for the drive to reinitialize it, thats the equivalent of a low level format in the flash world.

Then I think you should throw it and buy a new one. If you were closer I would send you a new one and take that one for testing, but postage kills that idea.

You really don't want to ever use a Flash Drive after these types of problems.

One thing you might try:
boot with a Windows PE disk and try and use Diskpart. you should be able to google for related instructions of people supposedly fixing their drives.

Flash drives aren't partitioned in the usual way, so this may be a long shot, but worth trying if nothing else..

I just bought a new pendrive KINGSTON Data Traveller 16 GB.

Hopefully it will last longer...

there is warranty on Flash Drives, but generally the effort is not worth it vs cost of a new drive. I would like to re-assure you but it is really a lottery. no telling when a drive will die, 1st week, 3rd year etc. Cheap drives that should die early last 10 years, expensive(ish) drives such as Sandisk should last longer, but die...

The reassuring bit is that the ratio of drives in service, to drives DR places see is massive. There are literally billions out there, and DR companies that have the largest flash customer base I would hazard to guess wouldn't see more than 50 drives a week.
