OCZvertexPLUS R2 bad sectors.

I have a SSD OCZ Vertex Plus R2 with aprox 200 dead sector on his first 8 Gb, it's posible to change whit another OCZ Vertex II this nands chips, because I try to swap 2 chips of the Vertex Plus R2 for example chip IC 1 to IC 8 and the PC not recognize the HDD...

Clone the drive and recover the data from the clone. 200 bad sectors is not a lot of lost data.
